VALIA KATSI

Valia (she/her) is Greek bilingual actor and mover. 

 

She studied International Relations and Arabic and has just graduated from the MA Acting course at East 15. 

 

She has previously performed in 'Of the Cut' (Young Vic), 'The Seven Ages of Patience' (Kiln theatre), 'It all comes back' (Arcola theatre), 'La Confusione of Arlecchino & His Mates' and 'Be Careful what you wish for' (Tramshed). She is also a theatre-maker currently working on 'Bar' which has just finished a run at The Hope Theatre for Camden Fringe and will be performed at the Bread and Roses theatre for Clapham Fringe.

 

She also previously developed her own solo show, ‘Hands on’, which was performed at the Bread and Roses and at Blue Elephant Theatre.

 

She is interested in work that has a global perspective, specifically in themes around feminism and migration
